ak10 Terms & Conditions

1. General Information

ak10 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms apply to all services, products, promotions, bonuses, and any use of any part of the ak10 platform.

These Terms may be available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any ambiguity between the two versions, the Bengali version shall be considered final. It is the user's own responsibility to read and fully understand these Terms.

ak10 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change is made will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following eligibility conditions must be met to create an account and use the ak10 platform:

• You must be at least 21 years old. No person under the age of 21 may use this platform.
• You must be an independent individual with full legal capacity.
• You must not reside in any jurisdiction where online gaming or betting is explicitly prohibited.
• You must operate the account on your own behalf — not on behalf of any third party.

ak10 may at any time request identity documents or other paperwork to verify your age. Failure to provide documents or providing false information may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds.

3. Account Registration

Each user may create one account only. If a single person is found to hold multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all balances and bonuses will be forfeited.

3.1 Information Provided at Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate account closure. If any provided information changes, you must notify the ak10 support team without delay.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. ak10 will not be held responsible for actions carried out by third parties.

3.3 Verification Process

Prior to withdrawal, or at any time, ak10 may request a copy of your national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification for identity verification. Certain services may be restricted until document verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ak10 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support the following mobile banking methods:

• bKash — the country's most widely used mobile wallet
• Nagad — the postal department's digital wallet
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet
• Upay — UCB's mobile banking service

4.1 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method. The maximum deposit limit may change from time to time.

4.2 Withdrawal Limits & Processing Time

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. ak10 generally completes withdrawals within 1 hour of request approval. Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.

4.3 Source of Funds

You confirm that deposited funds come from a legitimate source and not from a third-party account. ak10 reserves the right to carry out additional verification or place a hold on withdrawals in the case of suspicious transactions.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ak10 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own specific terms and conditions, which must be followed alongside these general Terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

On their first deposit at ak10, users may receive a 150% first-deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,500.
• Example: Deposit ৳14,000 and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.

• Wagering requirement: 15x the bonus amount
• Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳22,500 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Other Bonus Terms

• The same person or household may not claim the welcome bonus more than once.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• ak10 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus.
• Bonuses will be cancelled if fraud or misuse is suspected.

5.4 VIP Program

ak10 has five VIP tiers. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Advancing to higher VIP tiers is possible through regular activity and active participation. The specific benefits of each tier are subject to change.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on ak10 is governed by these Terms and the specific rules of each game or market.

6.1 Sports Betting

Betting is available on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. Bet outcomes are determined based on the official result of the relevant event. ak10 is the sole authority for determining the outcome of disputed or incomplete events.

6.2 Casino Games

Slots, fishing, live casino, and other games are operated in accordance with the rules of the respective game provider. Game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a bet or game cannot be completed due to a software or connectivity issue, ak10 will refund the bet amount where applicable. However, ak10 will not be held responsible for issues arising from the user's device or internet connection.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited. If any of these occur, the account will be immediately closed and all balances will be forfeited:

• Betting or playing games using any automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence.
• Exploiting system errors or bugs and deliberately accumulating abnormal bonuses or profits.
• Using a third party's account or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
• Colluding with other users to place bets or manipulate outcomes.
• Falsely impersonating ak10 officers or employees.
• Attempting cyber attacks or hacking against the platform.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 ak10's Rights

ak10 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Any breach of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraud or suspicious activity.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Concerns related to responsible gaming.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

8.2 Closure at User's Request

Any user may voluntarily close their account. In that case, the opportunity to withdraw the verified balance will be provided, however any active bonuses will be cancelled.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ak10 will not be liable for:

• Any loss caused by the user's internet connection being interrupted.
• Loss resulting from the user's own negligence or breach of these Terms.
• Delays or losses caused by system failures of third-party service providers.
• Service disruptions due to unforeseen events or force majeure circumstances.
• Hacking or cyber attacks that fall outside reasonable security measures.

In any case of loss, ak10's maximum liability is limited to the amount deposited in the relevant transaction.

11. Right to Amend Terms

ak10 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. For significant changes, notice will be provided on the platform and/or sent to the registered email address. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
